Marriage License

How far in advance do you need to get the marriage license? Also, can I get it way in advance like 2 months prior just because FH and I have such conflicting schedules that it's difficult for us to have the same weekday off???!!!

your marriage license is only good for 60 days...

so if its less than 60 days to your wedding, then you cna get it...we were bad and did not get ours till 4 days before our weddin!!

whoops..u r not getting married till 2011! The rules may change by then!

Sorry - I am getting married in November. Um, this is a stupid question, but what happens if you can't get it prior to the wedding? I am assuming that the office is only open Monday - Friday?

I have NO days / time off in the 2 months prior to my wedding day!!!!!!!!! Why didn't I think of this before?????
