Marriage License

We are planning on getting ours in Manhattan, but we are getting married in Nassau. That does not matter right? As long as it is NY State?

I tried to call the office but I was on hold forever!

I don't think it matters but from what I have heard and what the Pastor at FI's church said-the Manhattan form is different than Nassau and he always fills it out wrong.
I remember there was a bride who had trouble with the form being filled out wrong.
