Town hall, it can be done 60 days before the wedding date. You usually need two forms of ID, I took my passport and birth certificate and had my driver's license as well.

any town hall, no more than 60 days prior to the wedding. Need your birth certificate with the raised seal and a drivers license.

if you click on 'Planning' (in the purple banner below the 'countdown') and then click on New York State Marriage License, it has ALL the info and even tells you which locations...some with hours already!

if u go to the town of hempstead town hall, all u need is your passport and drivers lisence and $40!
