Marriage License?

Marriage License?

On the Town of Brookhaven's website, it states that you need to bring 2 forms of ID, one being your birth certificate and a license. Is this true?? I heard that you only need to bring your driver's license? I don't know if FH has his birth certificate, he was born in another country???

Yes 2 forms and I have also heard just as back up incase they ask (passport and ss card). You both will need to be there.

They only asked us for our license, but we brought our passports just in case.

2 forms of ID to be safe hun.....

for Los....his SS card, a passport, or his citizenship documents (whatever that may be) should suffice.

OR...call them and ask since he was born in another country BUT did obtain citizenship.

I know in NYC they only want the license but I think in LI they usually want birth certificate. Maybe he can bring his passport or his certificate of citizenship.
