Marriage License

What type of documents do we need to obtain license? We currently do not have our birth certificates b/c we ordered passports and haven't gotten them back...I am hoping that all we need is our Drivers License **fingers crossed***

Long Island I beleive you need 2 forms of id... license and birth certificate (FH & I don't have ours since we had to turn it in for our passports too) but if you do need your birth certificate you can get a copy at the town hall where you were born (with the raised seal)
