Ok so I'm originally from Long Island and getting married on LI . I love in Queens and that's the address on my drivers license, but I work in Manhatten. Does it matter where I go to get my Marriage licence? Can it be at any city hall in these 3 areas? I keep reading different rules and regulations, I'm totally confused right now.
