We haven't gone yet.. FH and I are going to go on Monday. I feel like we should have gone already but he is so focused on his bachlor party in vegas (he leaves tomorrow) that he can't go until he gets back WTH!!

Don't worry you still have time. I went a while ago but it was only because I was afraid to run into problems. My last name was legally changed twice so I had to bring my birth certificate and 2 name change documents. I didn't want to be down to the wire and have a problem or need more paper work. But I didn't have any problems. We went to Babylon Town Hall and it only took about 30 minutes.
