Marriage License

I am sure that this has been asked a million times, but if I live in Selden, Suffolk County, does anyone know where to get the license? What do you need to bring with you? and the cost-can you pay by charge? TIA

I believe Selden is in the town of Brookhaven. The fee was $40 cash. The office is off of granny road. You have to have birth certificates and licenses or passports. Even if you have a passport, you must have a birth certificate too. That establishes age and the license/passport is for identity. Good luck!!!

Thanks for the info. we are right near granny road and yes -in the town of brookhaven. do you know if it east or west of route 83? I appreciate it. We are both off Tues., which is a rarity we are home together for a full day.
