im looking on my town halls website and cant find where to get the application..does it take long to fill out or can i just do it when i go to get it?

I'd just go there and fill it out. It's just basic info.. name, address, ss#, dob, parents names, etc. It takes literally 5 min at most. We actually did it today! The whole process was a lot quicker than I was anticipating. HTH!

Nope! There is a line though, but it moves fairly quickly. I think it really depends what time you go. We went around 130-2ish and there were only 3 other couples ahead of us.
