How soon can you get your marriage license before the wedding?

I believe it's good for 60 days

When I called, they said that it can't be more than 60 days before the wedding. And it can't be less than 24 hours as well. Me and FH are going down to do it 4 days before the wedding (it's the only time we can).

its good for 2 months i believe...but i'm pretty sure you have to wait about 3 days to pick it up after applying for one.
