does anyone now what you need to bring to get your marriage license?

In the 5 boroughs you can fill out the application online and when you go in person you have to bring in your confirmation # from when you did your application online, your drivers license and a money order for $35.00 or you can also pay by credit card.

ETA:They send you the confirmation # thru email so you can print it out.

we went to Brookhaven Town offices one night, just needed birth certificate and driver's license or passport, $40, and walked out with it that night.

What website did you use?

I would bring cash. For me it was $40. So I don't know about bringing a prefilled Money Order.

You need a birth certificate and passport. But you can swap those items for other things.

I went to Manhasset and it was SUPER fast!! We were the ONLY people there. It was VERY IN AND OUT!!! SOOOO glad I didn't go to Queens Blvd. That place is just INSANE!!
