I have to get my marriage license however they are only open till 4pm...Can I wait till Christmas break to go...(That would give me 2 weeks till my wedding) or should I go sooner??

It should be fine..you only have to wait 24 hours before you can use it.

thats fine. you pick up the actual license to be signed the same day.
fill out the application online to save you some time.
