Soo I completely forgot to get our marriage license and were 40 days away where do I go to get it and what do I actually do I need please help !!!!!

you should go to your city hall's website or call them... they'll tell you what the requirements.
I got married in Jersey and the law requires we need to get marriage license in NJ even though we live in Queens. Once you submit the paper work ~ it only took 10 minutes for us to get it but you and FH has to be present and a witness.
