Marriage License..

Question.. when is the earliest I could get my marriage license? and is it only valid for 30 days? curious..

60 days prior - you must bring cash

I believe you can get one 24 hrs before you get married.

What kind of ID and paperwork do you need to bring?? Birth Certificates? what else?

If I Am getting married in Suffolk County, can I get my marriage license in the City?

yes you can get your marriage liscense any where, you have 60 days to do it and now all you need to bring is your drivers liscense and $35 cash or credit card or money order. hope that helps. I just got mine 2 weeks ago.

but if u get married in long island u gotta bring ur birth certificate as well
