I was wondering..I live in Queens..can we still get our marriage license in Nassau? I really would like to go out there instead of manhatten or kew gardens..please let me know..thank you!

you can get it anywhere in NY i am in queens and plan to go to oyster bay, hempstead or manhasset as per the ladies advice on the baoard

I don't think that's a problem at all. I live in Brooklyn and got my marriage license in Nassau. It was so quick!

Same here - live in queens and got our license out on the island. no problems at all. They were wondering why we went out easy but the town hall was near one of our vendors we were meeting with that day.
Plus I always assume that anything in NYC is always more complicated and time consuming (think DMV )

I know it will probably be a nightmare, but where do you go in NYC? I work in NYC and I don't have to be in until 11am. so I was going to try and go in early and do it before work. What do you need to bring?
