I heard that if you dont put down what you will be changing your name to at the time when you apply, that they (whoever this may be) will give you issues when you try to change it later on... not sure how true that is

You can go 60 days prior

yeah it is 60 days prior but has to be at least 24 hours ahead. . . not like I would get it day of . can you IMAGINE

ahhh but I didn't know all this stuff about having to choose your name when you applied. . I have been going back and forth so now I am all stressed I have to decide!!
