Nope! You and your FH just need to go together. No witness needed for the license..just tht actual marraige ceremony

What do you mean, the church? You need two witnesses at the church to sign. Usually it's the best man and MOH., but can be whoever you want. We didn't use our best man because he's fifteen. (My stepson.) Didn't want to find out later that it wasn't legal because our witness was too young!
