All right. My rev. has sent it out right after my wedding and today is the 16th day to the date of wedding the town has not received it. The town clerk told me it is likely to get lost in mail... Fortunately my Rev does have a copy of it and we may have to hand carry the paper to the town this week...
I remember the signed license has to be returned to the town within 5 days from the ceremony day on---does it mean that the license is already expired?

Update: it is officially, lost. We have to go to town with our Rev.and witness to get the duplicate copy. I just want to kindly remind if your pastor has sent out your license for 2 weeks, you can check with town if they have logged in your mail....
