marriage license help

so i dont live in NY but am getting married there..i understand that i have to apply for one in NYS but what about with the birth certf.

i was born in NY and i have my original one (raised seal and all) but FH was born in kansas and he has original but no raised seal..is that ok..i called and kansas doesnt have the seal thing..
