Hi fellow De Seversky bride! Your day is almost here. I can't wait to hear all about it. Hey if you get any last minute cancellations and you will be paying for an empty plate I will be happy to fill in I would love to go to a wedding there. How has the last minute planning been? What did you pick for your menu?

Hey Kim--

Everything's going well- although i get the feeling De Seversky is trying to make themselves into a 'real' catering place so we've had a few issues regarding new policies they have come up with-- FM me for details if you want. Other than that, smooth sailing..... We are doing mansion style so we are having :

Hand Passed hors d?oeuvres :
Thyme Scented Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Rosemary Shortbread with Roasted Tomato
Cocktail Franks with Spiced Dijon Mustard
Duck Confit and Apricot Purses
Fine Herb Infused Crab Cakes with Cornichone Aioli
Pan-seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Hearts of Palm and Shuie Glaze

and

Chef Attended Carving Station
Roast Top Round of Veal with Cremini Mushroom Sauce
Oven Roasted Beef with Madeira Sauce

Chef Attended Pasta Station
Orichiette with Garlic, Broccoli Rabe, Basil and Reggiano Cheese
Penne with Grilled Chicken and Baby Artichoke Hearts

Seafood Station
Chilled Jumbo Shrimp
Prince Edward Island MusselsBasil Scented Stuffed Clams

Rustic Antipasto Station
Charcuterie, Assorted Focaccia Bread, Fresh Mozzarella,
Capponatta Antipasti
