I'm not from NY and FH & I live in Florida. FH is from NY. We'll need to make a trip to NY to get our marriage license. FIL's live in Ronkonkoma. Can someone please tell me where I should go to get our license, near by FIL's? Thanks

Town of Brookhaven or Town of Smithtown - go to whatever town hall will be closer to you - we went to Brookhaven and were in and out within 10 minutes.

I went to the Town Hall in Smithtown and was in and out really fast. But you can go to any town hall in NY state.

by the way, you can only do it within 60 days before you wedding.
