can i get this on the weekends, or does it have to be during the week? where do i go to obtain the license? thanks everyone!

Nope. only Mon-Fri and they usually close around 4pm (I recommend going much earlier tho) You can go to any city clerk to obtain this...All FH and I needed was our drivers license..but bring a birth certificate also...
