how early can you get it before your wedding and up to how long before your wedding can you still go for it? one NOT SO MINOR detail i forgot and i am running out of days off!!! TIA! BG

I think its 30 days before, but I know its not valid for the first 24 hours. I think if you check the not or even the planning section on here it tells you

It has some useful information on it. It says the license is valid for 60 days so I am assuming now would be too early because it would expire. If it doesn't answer your questions maybe someone else can gives us their expertise. I sure would like to know.

IN NY it is 60 days from date of application so we 05ers are too early.

Thanks Girls! i think we may just go and get it thurs before the wedding and just BE SURE we have everything we need! i just feel like i am running out of days to take off to go to NY~
