marriage license question.

Where you suppose to sign your married name or maiden name?

When you go to get it, there is a place to put your new name (and you should be sure to do this because if you don't you will have to go to court to get it changed). I'm not sure about what you sign...That's a good question. I'm sure your officiant will know.

u dont sign the actual license. your 2 witnesses and your officiant do.
