Where do I go to obtain one? How far in advance can I get one? I live in Nassau County.

You can go up to 60 days before your marriage and I think no later than 3 days before.
You can go to any town hall - so in Nassau, Hemsptead Town Hall, North Hempstead Town Hall or Oyster Bay Town Hall.

Go to your town hall....call to find out there hours first. & you can get one within 60 days of your marriage date but you cannot get one the day before your date b/c then it's not valid the day of your wedding.
