Where exactly do you have to go for your marriage license? Any town hall or county court? Or must you live within that specific town or county?
FH and I live in Queens, but I work in Nassau across from the courthouses, so it'd be easier for me to go somewhere in Nassau.

u can go anywhere... but you and FH have to be there!! you cant go by yourself

I knew we both had to be there, just wasn't sure where to go. It's easier for me to go to Nassau cause I work there and don't have any days to take off, but FH has quite a few days that he can take off, so he can meet me during my lunch hour.

we live in queens but we went to the building on plandome rd to get our marriage license. We figured it'd have a shorter wait and no one gave us any problems
