Marriage License Question...
How far in advance can you get one and do you have to go to the Town hall that you are getting married in or can you go to any Town Hall?

it's valid for 60 days and you can go to any town hall

You need to go at least 24 hours before, but not more than 60 days before your wedding to any town hall or clerk's office in the state.
