Marriage License Question

Marriage License Question

Do we need copies of our birth certificates to get our marriage license, also do we go to the town hall where we're getting married?? I really should know this!!!! THANKS!!!

if you get it in LI then most likely you'll need your birth certificate. Outside of LI, in queens, manhattan etc, you only need a drivers license.

You can go anywhere in the state of NY to get it
