marriage license question
if we're getting married in nassau county do we have to get it in nassau county or can we get it anywhere?

Anywhere. We got ours in Queens but are getting married in Nassau.

you SHOULD be able to get it anywherre in NYS. but ask your priest. my priest said NOT to get it in NYC just cuz they file things different...
but i think that was a matter of preference from the priest. legally, you should be able to get it anywhere

We are getting married in Queens and my church gave us a listing of places to go in Nassau to get the license. He said the lines arent as long.
