Marriage License question important

I Need to get my marriage license on Friday (only day fh and i have off that the place is open)

Its the town of Brookhaven and they want either birth certificate or baptismal cert along with your drivers license...
dose the birth cert need to have a raised seal or can it be a copy????

do they ask for anything else??

it says you need a raised seal but I brought my original, that does not have a raised seal, and they accepted it. However, I don't think the accept copies. They didn't ask us for anything else besides the birth certificate and a license

It can't be a copy. If you don't have the original, you can get one from town hall for $10. This is what DH had to do b/c his parents only had a hospital-issued birth cert for him... the marriage license requires a state-issued birth cert. HTH!
