Anybody know anything about this? When do you need to get it? How soon before the wedding? And where do you get one??? I know I definitely have time, but just wondering......

All I know is that is has to be 30 days or less before the wedding when you get it and you can get it at the Town of Hempstead court house. Im sure you need your birth cirtificate and ID. Thats all I know for now. Hope this helps.
Both of you have to be there to get it, within 30 days of getting marrried. There are places all over to get them. Townhall or Cityhall if you're in the city

My FI is divorced so he needs a copy of his papers too. Just a friendly lil reminder for any of you girls that may not have thought of that!!!
