Marriage Liscence

I am getting married 4/17.

When can i go get my marriage liscence and where do I go to get it?

Is there a link for requirements?

You can get it now--you can get it up to 60 days prior to your weddings any more it will be invalid. I think you can google it--my church gave me the info but I have it at home.

Im getting married the same day as you! I actually went on Friday. Where do you live? I went to brookhaven town hall and it was 40.00 all i needed was a picture id and my birth certificate

We live in Brooklyn. Does it matter WHERE i go? It is mandated by New York State - right?

i dont think so. as long as where you go issues them you will be fine.

Thanks everyone. this info was just what I needed!

We looked at Villa Lombardis also and they offered us that day too. We really loved it but thought it was too far for our Brooklyn and NJ guests. The food there is AMAZING!!!
