marriage question...yet another

Ok so I am wondering, If I change my last name to my FH. What paperwork if any do I need or is it a verbal thing to change it?

When you fill out the paperwork at the marriage lic office there will be a spot if you want to take your FH name. When you get your lic in the mail then you can go to DMV, Social Security and change your name at work.
