Married and Fabulously Happy
Hi girls!!!!! I'm sort of back. This week is filled with getting ready to leave for our HM.
I want to thank Mother Nature once again for the glorious day on Sunday. Everything was almost perfect, because of course as DH always says, nothing is perfect. I can at least correct him with regard to the ceremony itself.
As soon as the rest of the LIW girls that were in attendance upload their pics, I should be able to post my review using their photos. Hopefully, that will be before we leave for our cruise.
I need to give a special shout out to my DOC, Francesca from Dazzling Affairs. There is NO WAY on this earth my day would have been nearly perfect without her (and the parts that miscued she either fixed [the top of my cake almost fell off], or it was completely out of her control [I'll discuss that vendor in my review]). She was hands down the best money that was invested in my wedding. My mother said over and over throughout the day that she was worth her weight in gold, and that is not the slightest bit of an exaggeration. Any single bride that thinks they might need a DOC should at the very least investigate what a DOC can do for you, and make sure you talk to Francesca. My ceremony was a logistical nightmare for everything from the processional to the photos & video. Francesca had everyone in place, kept guests out of the way for pics, and had the photographers and videographers perfectly cued for my horse and carriage arrival. She went above and beyond my expecations in every way possible.
All of my vendors whose actions I can rate right now did a superb job. Photos and video obviously aren't ready yet, but I know from seeing Bob at Velvet Studio's work, that my pics will be amazing.
Time for me to shop for HM clothes!!!
