Post a pic of your sample, and a pic of your true centerpieces. If you'd like, post your Florist as well. would probably help future brides

i didnt get a sample, i was described how my BM's bouquets would look, and they looked nothing like them. the boo-k's were so small, it looked like they were holding one flower :( i was pretty disappointed - not so much that day, but int he pics ....and the florist also said she'd sprinkle rose petals on each table, but didnt. SHe also gave us one boutonniere less, so we had to take a flower from an already small boo-k!

if u can believe it, i never saw a sample! it made me nervous, but i trusted my florist... I knew exactly what i wanted, and my arrangement was also SUPER simple so that's probably why also, but they were beautiful! got so many compliments

Yes only we made changes to the color of the roses since I wanted a orange that popped more then a light orange and added side pieces to it.

My CP was exactly what I thought they were going to be, and the BM flowers were gorgeous.

I just saw your post - though it is old. I agree as well. Nothing promised by Santos Design was given to me as well. And to think, she was on TV. Have you filed a report with BBB?

Not as yet. I'm going to try to get some of my $ back. That's all I want, just compensation for items not provided, and for items I provided to her but did't receive! I guess, being unresponsive to emails/phone is her way of saying its your loss. She really is a horrible vendor...of all vendors I thought she would be the best.

Yup so true! She seemed to care and had a passion for what she did. We lived in queens and traveled out there because she seemed so very genuine. If a bride tells you to please show up at the RH after 6PM to do your arrangements, why would you show up at 3PM??? and leave the arrangements with the reception hall. Ugh. I get so frustrated thinking about it.

Ladies, I loved my flowers, my CPs and bouts...we had a great experience with our florist Keyth of Lovin Oven Floral Designs in Sayville. I loved my flowers so much that I call him a floral artist lol!! This was one of my vendors that I had absolutely no problems with and loved the results. I have some pics in my albums if you want to see!
