Married for a Month!--with pics and mini review!
Hi Ladies!
I know I didn't post much, but I wanted to just give a quick review of my 7/10/10 wedding at the Sandcastle!
First of all, Sandcastle brides, you have NOTHING to worry about. Everything was unbelievable. It was an amazing amazing night, and everything turned out exactly the way we'd hoped it would. Everyone is still talking about our wedding. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.
All of our vendors were awesome. We used J'Adore Love for photography and we barely even knew they were there. They actually stayed an hour later than they were supposed to because they had so much fun! Romantique for limos were awesome and professional. Our flowers from Danielle's Rockaway Flowers were beautiful. Our photobooth from Partbooths was a HUGE hit--everyone raved about them! We had a slight issue with our dj. We went with High Voltage and Vinny was unable to make it on the day of our wedding, so he sent two other guys which we didn't find out about until they came up and introduced themselves before our entrance. They were GREAT, and we were really happy with them, but it would have been nice to have a phone call. Our only other issue was that we ordered a plaque from an Etsy seller about three weeks before the wedding that didn't come until the day AFTER the wedding. It definitely wasn't enough to ruin the day, though!
We also took the Sandcastle's trip to Crete as part of our honeymoon (we also went to Paris and Dublin). It was amazing! The resort was really nice. It wasn't like a Caribbean luxury resort, but we had our own pool with a little living room and bedroom. The area was pretty desolate, but we read and swam all day so we didn't mind. We even met another SC couple there!
Here are some pics if I can get them to post. Our entrance, FH and I, our cake and the pool in Greece. There's a ton more on my facebook page and I'll definitely be posting professional ones. If you have any questions, feel free to FM!
