married girls....
our 1 year anniversary is coming up... any ideas of the best way to defrost our wedding cake?? i'm guessing put it in the fridge for a day or two and let it go gradually?? thanks for any help!

You may just want to get a new one. After ours sat in the freezer a year it was really gross. But I let it defrost in the fridge about 2 days before we were going to eat it
