Mine was 5.5 inches (i think ) and I was worried it was going to be too big for the cake. It was perfect.

Big enough that it didn't actually go on the cake, just next to it

i got a 5' , and 1/8' thick and it was perfect.

I have a cake topper, my aunt bought it, it's glass on a plastic base with batteries, so it;s going next to the cake.

On cake itself is just flowers, hopefully pretty orchids.

Big. lol Mine was DEF BIG! When I get home i'll post a picture.
It was a lladro and it stood next to the cake.
