Marriott Aruba Surf OR Ocean??

My parents are giving us a week on their timeshare so we decided on Aruba but now are torn between the two resorts- Marriott Aruba Surf Club or Marriott Aruba Ocean Club. They look so similar... sooo has anyone heard about either of them or have been there??? Thanks!!

the second week of our HM we stayed @ the Aruba Beach Club.... do you know if ur time share is a low rise or a high rise?? the low rises tend to be near each other and are not by the high rises

i cant speak for the actual resort... but a lot of how the 'action' will be depends on what beach the place lies on

The surf club is the newer of the two and I personally thought a little nicer.

It also depends on how busy you want it to be. When my parents gave us their timeshare we exchanged it for the Divi Phoenix. It was the first hotel in the highrise hotel. Definitely not as busy. It was fun for us because we liked having an apartment style room where we could cook.
