Is there a mascara that doesn't leave 'dust' under your eye??? I always end up with horrible black under my eyes that I can only refer to as 'dust' from the mascara...I would just not wear it except my lashes are extremely light...and if there is something that truly doesn't do this, it would be nice to wear it on my wedding day so I am not cleaning under my eyes all day. TIA
Maybelline Full n' Soft Waterproof. That stuff just does not come off and it keeps your lashes pliable, not stiff or brittle.
I have extremely light lashes too, and I love Maybelline Lash Discovery waterproof. It doesn't cake on or flake off, and I'm neurotic about mascara! Good luck!

Try either of the two mascara's from estee lauder. Def more expensive then some, but really good.
I use Clinique High Impact and love it!
