We are not having one and I haven't been to a wedding with one, but I mentioned to FH that there is such a thing and he wanted to know what type of toppings and mashed potatoes there were....I want to know too!

I will be having one.. what is included (at my RH) is mashed potatoes, bacon, sour creme, chives ect and sweet potatoes fries. I think there were twice baked potatoes also.. it is different but I LOVE LOVE LOVE mashed potatoes

mashed sweet potatoes with candied pecans, reg pot, blue potatoes with sour cream, carmelized onions, bacon etc.

We're having a potato bar at our CH. It's potatoes / baked & mashed with different toppings- cheese/ scallions/ sour cream/ bacon, the works! We're heard it's delish and they offered it so we took it as one of our stations...

My friend had one and it was really good...the toppings were like bacon bits, sour cream, cheese...I really liked my plain so that is all I remember.

I had one at my wedding and it was definitely a hit. There were mashed potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet mashed potatoes and the toppings were cinnamon, butter, bacon bits, gravy, sour cream and I'm not sure what else.

My hall had this, its very delicious, I have tried it at showcases. Its a huge display but didnt get it bec we dont need it. Here are the toppings:
