If you were to buy matchbooks now for your wedding, how would you store them? In the original shipping package, in a closet maybe?

Ditto. They are in a shipping box along with smaller boxes inside.

Re: Matchbooks
I have a million matchbooks in my LR from places we've travelled to. They aren't near humidity, so they all work fine. I plan to store them in their pkg in a closet as well.

Re: Matchbooks
I got matches and I'm keeping them in a rubbermaid container. One thing, I've heard the some RH don't let you bring matches in, so check with them before you make the investment.
