matching dress or bands???

i'm a bit of a tomboy so I need some fashionista help...

Edited: I havent gotten it yet, but should my DOJ match my dress or my e-ring/wedding band?

my ring is platinum and very antique looking

my dress color is called 'spun gold'

i edited the post... i didnt get my jewelry yet, and i'm wondering when i do, should it match my dress' gold tone or should i go for platinum?

Your ring is gorgeous!!!

It does not, however, need to match the rest of your jewelry. It just needs to not clash with your dress. Think of it this way: your dress is HUGE, and your ring is teeny tiny in comparison. I think a gold dress with a platinum necklace and bracelet wouldn't go. JMO.
