My brother ate there and said they serve 'family' style food. He also said it was yummy.

Not a fan. It's expensive, the food is not great, and check out their latest health inspection report. A is 12 points or less, a C is 28 points or more and means they can be shut down.. Matte's has 43 points!! VOMIT!!!!

Re: Matteo's
Their prior ratings were good, but this recent one is .
I recently started a hobby of looking up restaurant ratings, so i looked up all the local places and remembered that matteos had a really bad score.
ALSO Matteo's is NOT handicapped accessible. you have to go down a very long flight of stairs for the bathroom, which I found out the hard way when I was there on crutches. Esp for a bridal shower or RD when you have people of all ages there, I am just not a fan. I can not expect elderly people to do those stairs.
