Matzoh BAlls!!

I tried to make matzoh balls before and they were the size of basketballs. My Step Mother In Law gave me this recipe!! Yummy! Try not to make your balls too big

Mix 4T of oil with 4 eggs.
Add 1 C matzoh meal and 2 tsp. salt and blend
Mix in 4 T seltzer. Cover Bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Boil water, drop balls (wet hands first, so that it won't be sticky) and boil gently about 40 minutes. Add to your Soup.

Makes 8 2' inch balls.

I love matzoh ball soup!!! My family has them on Christmas!! (My Grandma was Jewish, so my mom always made matzoh ball soup.) I keep saying I'm going to try and make them, but I haven't tried yet!!
