ok which do u think is better to stay in maui

the Westin or the Hyatt??

We are going to Maui....one of our 3 islands...We are either staying at the Hyatt or the Four Seasons.....the Hyatt is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL!!!

We are booking our honeymoon in prolly about a month...we have our travel agent on the case

we stayed at they hyatt- it was very tropical... there were a good amount of kids and families and it was more of a resort looking hotel than a luxorious hotel... but from the other hotels we saw on the island.. it def. had the best tropical feeling.

imo- when you go to an island- you want the hotel the have the feeling of being on a tropical island.

also- if you are going to kauai too- do maui first- that is if u are staying at the hyatt in kauai... that place is totally unreal~

We are staying at the Hyatt.. It is supposed to have a nice hawaiian feel to it and also has a very nice spa..

We stayed at the Hyatt on both Maui and Kauai. The Hyatt in Kauai is gorgeous but the one in Maui is really nice too. Both Hyatt's were packed with families. I couldn't believe it.

I recommend going to Kauai first - because there really isn't much to do there - and its good to relax right after the wedding. Once you get to Maui you are relaxed and there is more to do at night.

It is gorgeous. Kauai is such a beautiful island that every where you look is such an amazing view!

After we lefot Oahu, we stayed at the Hyatt on Maui and LOVED it!!! It was great. The service and ammenities were outstanding. The setting was tropical and close to other hotels (Like the Westin). In the Kaanapali area there is a beach walk that leads to the Whaler's Village. When you walk down, you see the beach side of several hotels. You really can't go wrong there.
