Maui Hotel??

Maui Hotel??

Can't decide what hotel to book in Maui. I am between the Fairmont, Ritz Carlton and the Westin Villas. My travel agent is against the Westin Villas - she said there is construction going on there.

Any suggestions?

We're staying at the Westin Resort and Spa which will not be undergoing construction at that time.

I've heard good things about the Fairmont and Ritz Carlton though.

We decided against the Ritz, because its supposedly in a very windy area, which overcast each day. I am still debating b/n The Fairmont and a few others. Good Luck!

The construction for the Westin Villas was on their website, it's listed as a special condition. It's 7 days a week from 7am-7pm from 6/05-5/07.

The Westin Resort and Spa isn't affected by the construction but is at the same address I just noticed... hmm...

ETA: We just bought a timeshare through Starwood so we're now trying to stay there when we travel (funny because our wedding is at a Hyatt!)

Aww that stinks

What about the Fairmont? It's a bit busier (i.e.more families than the FS, at least when we were there), but it's a beautiful place.

Sorry for the silly question... I found the spot about the Westin under construction. Where can I find something about the 4 Seasons under construction? I just went to their website but don't see anything.... TIA!
