I just wanted to tell everyone that I went there last weekend to use the coupon for the free makeup trial that you get from registering at Fortunoffs.... I thought they did a decent job, but I was not pleased with the service there. I got there on time for my appointment and they were running extremely late (I made a hair appointment for a trim an blow out too). Then they had some assistant start with my hair since the stylist wasnt ready, and the two of them kept switching back and forth with me and the other customer. I felt like I kept being shoved around. Then when my hair was done, the makeup people were running late too, so I waited another 15 minutes there. I had to be out of there early because I was going to my own bachelorette party in the city, but they made me late.... not thrilled with that.
They did a pretty good job on my makeup (all my friends liked it), but just be aware that the customer service there was lacking a lot. Just my opinion though!

You can always say something to there bridal coordinator Antonetta and she can fix everything. I had a great experience with the hair and make-up there. Who did your hair and make-up?

i used to get my hair done there and have felt weird there too, treated rudely, weird.

I also have the free coupon from Fortunoffs as well. I haven't used it yet, but is that for a free makeup trial or hair trial?

I went there once and won't go back. I just felt like they were very disorganized. I was unimpressed with their service. Lots of attitude, no substance.

(My sister used to be a regular there and left for the same reasons why I wouldn't go back.)
