Honestly for people like him I wish we were back in the roman era where everyone watched you get maimed and tortured. I would love to see him punished in the same manner as he did the dog.
I say tie him to a tree and set him ablaze

We are so glad that they found the person who did this very nasty act.
No one should go through what that animal went through. Very nasty and very cruel. We are still upset over this.

Eye for an eye! This guy should go through what he put this poor dog through. He could have brought him to a shelter and the dog would have at least had a chance to live and have a home.
This is disgusting and this guy should be punished. I applaud Levy for pushing for stronger punishment for these people who abuse and neglect innocent animals.

usually animal cruelty only gets 1 month to maybe a year of jail time. i wish they'd increase the sentence. i can't wait to become a special agent and catch these a holes
I totally agree!! What the hell is even 2 years? He freakin murdered an animal. How sick can one be? Animals are living things.. it shouldn't be taken so lightly. That guy should have done to him what he did to the dog.
