Have you girls booked your honeymoons yet? If not, when do you plan to? Where are you all going? How long?
Fh and I are going to Greece (Athens, Santorini and Crete) for 13 days. We've been trying to get prices on the internet, but most of these sites won't allow us to look past April 2004 We'll probably end up booking it in August sometime (after I take the bar exam) through a travel agent.

I've been trying to get prices, too (we are going to Sandals), and most of the sites won't let us get prices past either December '03 or April '04!!

I think we are going to Hawaii. FI is in charge of this so I am not sure when he is booking. Probably this summer.

We are thinking Hawaii or maybe Figi....depends on if we want to leave the country or not. We will probably book it in a few months.

I think we will end up going to Disney World. Getting my FH on a plane to Florida will be hard but hopefully he will be willing to do it. I think we will look to book in September/October.

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
We are most likely going to the Bahamas. Paradise Island. FH really wants to visit Atlantis. But I don't want to stay there because there will be too many kids. And who wants kids on their honeymoon??????? I have no problem visiting. I can't wait. We have to make a trip to the travel agent soon.

For us its a toss up between hawaii and aruba. I want to go to aruba b/c it is more affortable but FH sees it as a once in a lifetime thing.

Adrianna I am in the same boat as you. We are also trying to decide on Aruba or Hawaii but FH is pushing for Hawaii because he says that if we don't go now we will never go. Don't get me wrong I would love to go to Hawaii I am just afraid that it is going to be soooo much money.

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
No idea when we're going on our honeymoon yet
FI is NYPD and has to see when he gets vacation, but we're definitly doing a 'mini-moon' after the wedding to Poconos or something nearby, maybe Ocean City MA where we got engaged or Bethany Beach. Actually, forget Ocean City, I think that's when all the HS kids celelbrate graduation! YUCK!
Be careful of that ladies!

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
Beth in the Poconos there is a resort called Ceasers Pocono Resort. Fh and I haven't stayed there yet, but I've heard it's really great and it's all inclusive (Breakfast, dinner, all activities). It's definitely not a cheap place, but considering that it's all inclusive, it's not that bad. Edited to say: That Ceasar's has a few resorts and a couple of them are Couples Only resorts. Good Luck

I'm also debating about Hawaii. If we don;t go now, I don't know if we ever will... but on the other hand it's a lot of money...

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
thanks Marcela! I'll definitly check that out!
I just looked into Costa Rica as a trip to take, maybe not honeymoon, but somewhere to go away, not to expensive--which is hard to find!

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
I have stayed in one of the Caesar's resorts. It was Cove Haven. It was a nice place. They had a lot of honeymooners there when I went with my FH. They have special activities and things for people on their honeymoon. I would recomend staying in one of them if that is what you decide to do. If you have any questions, let me know.

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
Cove Haven was excellent, I've been there twice. A good HM room is the Garden of Eden Apple.
If you want total privacy, I heard Paradise Stream has less ppl and less activities. (Part of Caesars too)

Re: May 04 Honeymoons
Since we have the baby, Derek and I are going to go to Gurney's 2 days after the wedding. Then about two weeks later we are going to Grand Cayman with my mom... she is going to have a seperate condo. She will watch the baby when we want to be alone. Bringing a babysitter seems to be my only way of having some sort of honeymoon.
